How are you keeping us safe at ONE Conference?

Your safety is huge to us—it's one of our top priorities! We'll have a dedicated safety team and security team on-site at all times throughout the entire conference. They're trained, ready, and keeping an eye on everything so you can focus on worshiping and encountering Jesus. We also have safety protocols in place and emergency procedures ready to go if needed. If you ever feel unsafe or see something concerning, find any staff member or security team member right away. We're all here to make sure you have an incredible AND safe experience!

What are the house rules at ONE Conference?

We want everyone to have an amazing time while staying safe! Here's the deal: Take care of the space—Mannahouse is hosting us, so let's treat it right. Keep worship SAFE—no sitting on shoulders, no crowd surfing, and be super aware of people around you, especially up front where it gets tight. If there's no space, don't push your way forward. Respect our DreamTeam—they're working hard to make this weekend incredible for you. Most importantly: have fun, enjoy yourself, and encounter Jesus! We're all here to run our race together, so let's look out for each other and make this the best ONE Conference yet.

Are you going to take photos and videos?

Yep! By coming to ONE Conference, you're agreeing that we can use photos and videos of you for promotional stuff. No compensation, but you might end up famous on our Instagram!

I have questions—who do I ask?

What's this color community thing?

Pretty simple! At check-in, you get a colored wristband. That color is your community for the weekend. Before each session, we display on the screens which sections your color is in. Your color will move to different sections throughout the conference, so everyone gets a shot at primo seating!

When's ONE 27?

We'll announce the dates on the last day of conference!

What should I expect?

Get ready for worship that'll engage your whole heart, teaching that challenges you to move with intention, and connections with thousands of students and leaders who are just as fired up about Jesus as you are. It's an atmosphere where you can encounter God and discover your calling.

What time do we start?

Doors open Thursday, February 19th, and we kick off the first session at 7:00 PM. Don't be late!

When does everything wrap up?

We'll finish up Saturday afternoon, February 21st around 12:30PM.

Could the schedule change?

It might! We'll let you know about any updates via email and social media. Make sure you're following @oneyouthconference so you don't miss anything.

When can we go in?

Doors to the auditorium open before each session. Check out the conference schedule for the exact time.

Can we save seats?

Even better—we've got you covered! Each group will have specific sections reserved so you can sit together. No need to worry about saving individual seats or sending someone to camp out early. Your color community assignment ensures your whole group has a designated area, and those sections rotate throughout the conference so everyone gets different views. Just show up, find your color on the screens, and you're all set!

Who are the leadership workshops for?

The leadership workshops are exclusively for youth leaders and pastors—this is your time! While students are in the main sessions experiencing worship and teaching, you'll be diving into practical ministry training, leadership development, and strategies to help you lead this generation well. These sessions are designed specifically for the challenges and opportunities you face in youth ministry. Students won't be attending these—they'll have their own incredible experience happening at the same time. So leaders, this is all for you!

My student is sensitive to sensory stuff. What should I know?

We totally get it—big conferences can be a lot! Here's what to expect: worship will be LOUD with live music and hundreds of people singing, there may be strobe lights and visual effects, the auditorium gets pretty packed (especially up front), and there's a lot of energy and movement during sessions. If your student is sensory-sensitive, we recommend staying away from the front during worship—it gets extremely tight and crowded up there. Stick to the back or sides where there's more breathing room. If your student needs a break or quieter space, they can step out to the lobby where they can still watch the service but with less sensory overload. We recommend bringing noise-reducing headphones if sound is an issue. We want every student to be able to participate in a way that works for them!

What if something comes up during the conference?

Look for anyone wearing a staff or dream team lanyard—they're ONE Conference staff or volunteers and can help you out or point you in the right direction.

Where exactly is the venue?

Mannahouse Church Portland Campus - 9200 Fremont St, Portland, OR 97220. Plug it into your GPS and you're good to go!

Is there parking?

Yep! There's free parking available at Mannahouse Church. Just pull up and park—we've got space for you!

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes! Mannahouse Church is fully wheelchair accessible. We want to make sure everyone can participate and move around comfortably throughout the conference.

Are there snacks or vending machines?

Yep! We've got vending machines available, plus our café will be open throughout the conference. We'll also have food trucks on-site periodically, so you'll have plenty of options to grab a snack or meal when you need it. Come hungry!

What's the dress code?

Keep it comfy and casual! Layers are smart since the venue temp can change. Just make sure you're dressing modestly and appropriately.

Should I bring a Bible?

Definitely! Bring your Bible and a notebook so you can really engage with the teaching. You'll want to take notes, trust us.

Can I bring my own snacks?

You can bring food for meals—we encourage it! Just remember, no food allowed in the main auditorium.

What can't I bring?

We want to keep everyone safe, so here's what needs to stay home: weapons of any kind (including knives), illegal substances, alcohol, tobacco, vaping devices, or any smoking products. If you're unsure about something, just ask! Our staff can help. Basically, if it could be dangerous, distracting, or disrespectful, leave it behind. Come ready to worship, learn, and connect!

How do I stay in the loop?

Follow us on Instagram @oneyouthconference, jump on our email list, or check our website regularly. We'll keep you posted on everything!

How do we check in as a group?

Super simple! Just show up on Thursday—check-in opens at 2:00 PM at Mannahouse Church. When you arrive, head to the check-in area and our team will walk you through everything step by step. We'll get you registered, hand out wristbands for your color community, answer any questions, and make sure you're all set for the weekend. No stress—we've got you covered!

What are we responsible for as group leaders?

You're the point person for your students throughout the conference—keeping the right adult-to-student ratio, making sure everyone follows the guidelines, and being available if anything comes up. Basically, being the awesome leader you already are!

Can students go to the leadership workshops?

Workshops are specifically for youth pastors and youth leaders. Students, you'll be in the student breakouts during those times—trust us, you won't want to miss what we've got planned!

How many leadership workshops can leaders attend?

You can attend 2 workshops! We'll have 2 rounds back-to-back, and you get to pick any 2 from whatever we have available. Here's the cool part—the same workshops repeat in the second round, so if you miss one in round 1, you can catch it in round 2. Choose what you need most and make it work for your schedule!

Do I need to sign up for leadership workshops ahead of time?

Nope! Just show up to whichever workshop you want to attend. No pre-registration required—total flexibility for you to choose what you need in the moment. Check out the breakout session schedule and pick the ones that speak to where you're at!
